week 10 overview an advice

hello everyone,

This is the final week of this course and I kept learning new things about the use of technology in the class. I shared specific ideas with future course participants about what worked well in this course and could work well with them in a future term. finally I described on a Nicenet post my own use of technology in language teaching.

Concerning successful topics I cannot specify any because as far as I am concerned all the topics were successful but the use of padlet for me was the most useful and I believe I will use it in my classses. As the technology  tools and their use in the class were new to me and I was really  impressed and satisfied, it is not easy to suggest any tool that was not covered.

week 9 what I did and learned

Hello everyone,

I still keep on learning new things with this course; unfortunately we are nearing the end. This week I discussed learning styles and technology tools, they can help provide a range of experiences in the classroom that address different learning styles.

I shared my ideas about ways that I could use technology and some of the technology tools I've discovered in this course to address a variety of learning styles in my classes.

Using my partner's comments to help me improve my draft, I wrote the final version of my project report/project plan.

week 8 what I did and what I learned

hello everyone,

This week 8 taught me a lot of new things. After writing my project draft I sent it to my project partner Tatyana Prokina to review it and send me a feedback on a checklist that she is to create for me. I received as well her draft project I created her a checklist and after filling in it I sent it back to her. so far I'm still waiting for the feedback form her.

week 7 what I did and learned

hello everyone,

This week seven has been a very nice one as I have learned many new things which will help me in my class.

First I posted on Week 7 - Discussion - Learner Autonomy, One-Computer Classroom, Mobile Devices) and I described my activity in ABCD format.

Second I  learned about a class Padlet and I creat one and added it it on the yellow class wall.

Finally I sent a post on nicenet to find a Project partner for collaboration.

Week 6 Post

week 6: What I did and learned and might apply

hello everyone,

week 6 was a very good one ,  I learned many things new to me. I can easily  say that I am enjoying my self. I wrote a discussion upon interactive teaching and Large Classes, I also wrote some words about my final project mainly on the technology tool I am going to use to make my Class interactive.

Finally I created my first interactive powerpoint slide which was an impressive experience for me. I can assert that I am learning new things each week thanks to this course.

week 5: What I did and learned and might apply

hello everyone,

week 5 was for me the most reflective one so far, since the start of this training as I learned many things new to me. I can easily assert that the course  I am taking is full of surprises and positive things I would never dare to do them alone.
First I created a rubric or an alternative assessment tool that I might use in my class on RubiStar.
Second for an Extra Credit Task - Project-based learning I created a WebQuest for my classes and shared it on Nicenet and on the class wiki.
Third I described a technology solution on Nicenet, I  wrote about the technology tool or technology that I will implement to help with the issue or problem I have identified.  
Finally I added a reflective post on my blog and commented on a course colleague's blog.

Week 4-Reflection

Hello everyone,

This week is still sad for me as I am in mourning but I'm doing good. Thanks the course we are learning a lot of new things such as:
-reading, writing and vocabulary resources.
-project task 3, I described issues of my class.
-task-technology-enhanced Lesson Plan.
-blog, I posted a weekly reflection describing what I learned and how I might apply it in my teaching
I also posted comments on some course colleagues blogs
And finally I shared useful websites on my delicious for my classmates.

Week 3- Reflection

hello everyone,

 Week 3 really sounded different, we can easily agree that we have reached another step of this nice and studious training. Though I'm still in mourning due to the loss of a close friend, an english teacher of my school ( burial ceremony scheduled May 2nd 2015) I have learned a lot mainly through the proposed sample projects. 

The one of Tindouinde of Burkina faso drew my attention because we are coming up against similar educational systems. Moreover I have created my Delicious URL so as to share useful websites with my classmates and colleagues. All these resources will be used with my students (we are promised by the Head to use the computer classroom) and in my setting (I own an english learning center).

Hello everyone,
 I am doing good things with this training .... Now I know how to create a blog and post reflections, that is great, thank you University of Oregon. I have learned how to create a learning objective with the ABCD method. I will apply all this with my students in order to ease my teaching and help the students understand easily. I will propose a new way of teaching, learned in this training to the head of my school....

This given opportunity is really challenging, we need to have enough time for the assignments. However  I am learning a lot in this training, I can see myself always working. This is really helping improve my English. After reading posts from some classmates we can easily realize we are from different origins. And above all working with a so great and lovely Donna is a plus.....
